I've carried a camera everywhere I go, through nearly every iteration of digital and phone cameras, through combat missions, and through every step of my technological journey. What started as documentation became a lifelong passion that would eventually shape my entrepreneurial destiny.

From the early digital cameras of 1995 through every iPhone generation, I've been obsessed with capturing moments and understanding the technology behind the lens. Whether documenting military operations or family milestones, I've always had a camera in hand, learning the nuances of each device, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

The iOS Revolution

Since 2008, I've been building apps on iPhone and Android, but it was the iPhone camera that truly captured my imagination. I became obsessed with its quality and capabilities, devoting thousands of hours to understanding timelapse photography, videography, and drone operation. The iPhone wasn't just a device. It was a creative platform waiting to be unlocked.

The Light Painting Breakthrough

I became an expert at the iPhone camera and rendering systems, diving deep into creating a real-time solution to light painting that I couldn't find anywhere else. This wasn't just about building another camera app. This was about pioneering entirely new visual possibilities on mobile devices.

Three Years of Dedication

It's been a 3-year journey of development and countless late nights testing star trails, meticulously building and testing each phase of the rendering process by myself. Every star trail taught me something new. Every failed experiment brought me closer to the breakthrough. Every line of code was written with the goal of giving creators tools they never had before.
