A solid mount will help you stabilize your shot. Most iPhone mounts like the one shown below have tripod adapters. It is recommended to use a solid mount that requires you to lock it into place with a control knob or lever. In our experience, the spring loaded iPhone mounts are too risky and your phone may fall out of them easily. A quality mount with clamp down control is highly recommended. Many times these mounts come with selfie sticks and tripods that you may purchase.

Magic arms are incredible devices for you to mount your iPhone to a variety of surfaces. They are adjustable and can be locked into place. They are also great for mounting your iPhone to a tripod or other device. Tripods are also a great way to stabilize your shot. A tripod with a ball head is recommended for the most flexibility.
